Our team is hard at work to give the gift of cosy this Christmas and all your amazing orders have made this a season like no other. We are so grateful for your support and will continue to pull out all the stops.

[Update 23rd December 2020]
We'll be taking a few well-earned days off over Christmas to spend time with our families before returning in January to make exciting plans for 2021.
Customer Services: Our telephone line and email will be closed from 4pm on Wednesday 23rd December and we return on Monday 4th January. Please note that changes to orders placed online cannot be made during this time.
Dispatch & Delivery: There will be limited dispatches from our warehouse between Christmas and New Year. Orders can be placed as usual via our website, but please allow a little extra time due to reduced staffing levels, earlier courier collection times and bank holidays.
Returns & Exchanges: These can be requested by completing the short form here. Requests will be manually approved when we return in January, so don't worry if you don't receive an approval straight away. We are accepting Christmas returns until 7th January.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES (UK)
Couriers have been working so hard and are the unrecognised heroes of the pandemic. Unfortunately, most courier companies aren't guaranteeing last order dates this year as the system is under exceptional pressure.
We are keeping-up with shipping orders daily Monday to Friday but, once dispatched, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. The recommendations below are guidance only - please order earlier if you can.
FREE DELIVERY - HERMES (available on all orders) - Thursday 17th December, 1pm
EXPRESS DELIVERY - DPD (free when you spend £150 or £7.99) - Tuesday 22nd December, 1pm
ROYAL MAIL (£4.99) - Monday 21st December, 1pm

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY DATES (INTERNATIONAL)
SIGNIFICANT DELAYS ARE EXPECTED ON DELIVERIES TO EUROPE AND IRELAND DUE TO COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED 21/12/20
International parcels are still being dispatched as usual twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. The situation with delivery timescales is more unpredictable for international destinations... we usually see parcels arriving in the destination country within 3-4 days, but occasionally taking several weeks to be sorted and delivered by the local postal network. All international customers are advised that delivery timescales should be taken with a pinch of salt. Some parcels are arriving quickly but others are taking much longer and unfortunately this is out of our control. Once dispatched, we are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. EXTENDED RETURNS
Shop with confidence this Christmas with our extended exchanges and returns policy. All orders placed from 1st November are eligible to be returned until 7th January 2021. We just ask that you keep items unused and in their original packaging.

CHRISTMAS STOCK UPDATE
Our British and Irish mills have been amazing over the last couple of months, weaving overnight and at weekends to keep us stocked with cosy throws.
We've now run the numbers and can see that, unfortunately, some designs will not be restocked before Christmas. Our website has been updated and products that are not returning marked 'expected January 2021'.
For Christmas presents, we recommend considering an alternative design or a digital gift card which the recipient can use when their favourite returns.
