Our Blackberry and Heather Wildweave Wool Picnic Blanket is handmade in the UK with a waterproof backing, perfect for British weather. With real leather carry straps, this rug is a lovely gift.
Designer's colour notes: An elegant purple blend, evoking wild brambles intertwined with dusky heather flowers. Soft and sophisticated.
- Hand Wash or Machine Wash: Use a specialist delicate wool cycle with cool water and minimal agitation and spin to avoid shrinking and felting. Do not use a standard cold wash.
- Drying: Line dry ensuring even weight distribution. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- Pilling: Fluffy wool blankets can shed at first and develop small pills (bobbles) in areas of friction. Remove gently by hand or with a wool comb.
- Suitability: Our wool blankets are not recommended as protective chair / sofa covers as friction leads to premature wear and pilling.
