The Clifton Herringbone Blanket in Blaise is timeless and adaptable. Crafted from pure wool for natural warmth, it feels pleasingly thick yet lightweight. Proudly made in England, it features our signature HeritEdge detail and elegant ivory tassels.
Designer's colour notes: A verdant olive green. The rolling landscape of Blaise Castle estate in North Bristol is mentioned in Jane Austen's 'Northanger Abbey'.
- Hand Wash or Machine Wash: Use a specialist delicate wool cycle with cool water and minimal agitation and spin to avoid shrinking and felting. Do not use a standard cold wash.
- Drying: Line dry ensuring even weight distribution. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- Pilling: Fluffy wool blankets can shed at first and develop small pills (bobbles) in areas of friction. Remove gently by hand or with a wool comb.
- Suitability: Our wool blankets are not recommended as protective chair / sofa covers as friction leads to premature wear and pilling.
