Bethan here, just stopping in to share a few behind the scenes photos from our warehouse this Christmas before I head back in for the night shift! This year has been a Christmas like no other with more wonderful orders than ever before (yay!) but also some hurdles with illness, isolation, courier overwhelm and even a key team member called for jury service to contend with (boo!). Really, it's been a perfect storm, but your support has kept us upbeat and thankful.
We're giving it everything we've got to ensure every parcel is packed and dispatched in time for Christmas delivery. Joe and I have been at the warehouse day and night helping out. We even roped Joe's wife, Ellie, into helping out at the weekend.
Your orders mean the world to us and we're working flat out to make sure we get your cosy blankets and scarves under your tree.
