The Totterdown Waffle Blanket in College Green adds a confident splash of colour to your home. Expertly woven in Yorkshire from pure sheep's wool, its deep, lofty waffle weave delivers cosy texture in a natural hue.
Designer's colour notes: A well-balanced green. Named after Bristol's College Green, best known as the filming location for Skins and a protest by Greta Thunberg in recent years.
- Hand Wash or Machine Wash: Use a specialist delicate wool cycle with cool water and minimal agitation and spin to avoid shrinking and felting. Do not use a standard cold wash.
- Drying: Line dry ensuring even weight distribution. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- Pilling: Fluffy wool blankets can shed at first and develop small pills (bobbles) in areas of friction. Remove gently by hand or with a wool comb.
- Suitability: Our wool blankets are not recommended as protective chair / sofa covers as friction leads to premature wear and pilling.
