1. Promoters
This competition is promoted jointly by:
The British Blanket Company Ltd
Clarissa Hulse Ltd
Together referred to as the “Promoters”.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Clarissa Hulse Ltd, The British Blanket Company Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm that they are eligible and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
3. Promotion Period
The competition opens at 00:01 on 9 March 2025 and closes at 23:59 on 23 March 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received after this time will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official competition entry form.
By entering, participants agree to subscribe to receive marketing communications from both Clarissa Hulse Ltd and The British Blanket Company Ltd.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that their data will be shared between Clarissa Hulse Ltd and The British Blanket Company Ltd for marketing purposes.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The prize consists of:
1 x Clarissa Hulse x The British Blanket Company Cloud Cotton Blanket (worth £200 retail)
1 x Clarissa Hulse Bed Linen set of the winner’s choice (worth up to £135 retail)
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control require it.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the competition closing.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Data Protection & Marketing
By entering this competition, entrants consent to their personal data being collected, stored, and processed by both Clarissa Hulse Ltd and The British Blanket Company Ltd for the purposes of administering the competition and for ongoing marketing communications.
Entrants’ data will be shared between Clarissa Hulse Ltd and The British Blanket Company Ltd, who will each act as separate data controllers.
Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and each Promoter’s privacy policy.
8. General
The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted due to technical or other reasons beyond their reasonable control.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoters’ liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
