New to the Outdoor Collection in 2026, the Waterproof Picnic Blanket combines our bestselling Random Recycled Wool cloth with the practicality a rolled picnic blanket. Featuring detachable webbing carry straps and a waterproof backing, this picnic rug is an ideal size for two or three people to sit comfortably, whatever the weather.
Designer's colour notes: Choose this rug only if you enjoy an element of surprise! The photos are examples of past batches, but each new batch is different and colours can't be specified.
Spot Clean: Shake well, then spot clean with soapy water and a sponge. Allow to dry fully before folding.
Hand Wash or Machine Wash: Use a specialist delicate wool cycle with cool water and minimal agitation and spin to avoid shrinking and felting. Do not use a standard cold wash.
Drying: Reshape whilst damp then dry flat. Do not wring or tumble dry.
Suitability: While the backing is water resistant, this product should not be left outside or allowed to remain wet for long periods of time. Allow to dry fully before packing away.
