Our Clifton Herringbone blanket in Steamship is stylish and versatile. Woven from pure wool for natural warmth, it feels satisfyingly thick without being heavy. Proudly made in England, it features our famous HeritEdge detail and a timeless ivory fringe.
Designer's colour notes: A smoky blue-grey inspired by Brunel's famous ship, SS Great Britain. It pairs beautifully with everything from neutrals to stronger tones.
- Hand Wash or Machine Wash: Use a specialist delicate wool cycle with cool water and minimal agitation and spin to avoid shrinking and felting. Do not use a standard cold wash.
- Drying: Line dry ensuring even weight distribution. Do not wring or tumble dry.
- Pilling: Fluffy wool blankets can shed at first and develop small pills (bobbles) in areas of friction. Remove gently by hand or with a wool comb.
- Suitability: Our wool blankets are not recommended as protective chair / sofa covers as friction leads to premature wear and pilling.
