When are your last UK shipping dates for Christmas?
UK Mainland
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail T48: Order before 12pm (noon) Friday 19th December
Express Delivery - DHL: Order before 12pm (noon) Tuesday 23rd December
For UK Highlands, UK Offshore Islands, Channel Islands, & Isle of Man we recommend ordering before Friday 19th December.
Our hardworking team will continue to dispatch your orders throughout the festive period, but if Christmas delivery is important, please order as early as you can. These cut-offs are when our couriers make their final collections, but delivery timelines aren't guaranteed for last minute orders. Thank you so much for your support!
When are your last International shipping dates for Christmas?
International Delivery
All of our international orders are shipped from the UK by FedEx. We recommend ordering before 12pm (noon) Thursday 11th December.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
If you are looking for a present that feels extra special, look no further than our Gift Collection. All of our Blanket Gift Boxes and Cosy Gift Sets come wrapped in tissue paper, presented in a colourful Gift Box and accompanied with a gift card.
Alternatively you can add a Gift Box to any order. Our Large Gift Box is perfect for blankets and any other little extras you'd like to add. For our scarves, blanket scarves and baby blankets, we recommend our Small Gift Box size.
Can I add a gift note?
Absolutely! Once you add your blanket or gift to your cart, there will be a button to "Add your gift message". You can add a note up to 100 characters which will be written onto a gift card and placed inside your parcel.
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Each Christmas we work with a number of companies who want to thank their teams with a warm, cosy gift from The British Blanket Company. If you'd like to discuss a corporate gift, please fill out this form and a member of the team will be in touch.
What is your Christmas Returns Policy?
For the Christmas Season, any orders placed between 13th November to 24th December 2025 will be subject to an Extended Returns Period and returnable until 11th January 2026.
UK Returns for Refund or Exchange
For customers ordering in the UK, you will be able return for refund or exchange any eligible item through our Returns Portal until 11th January 2026.
International Returns for Refund
For our International Customer, you will be able to return and refund any item purchased in this period until the 11th January.
